New Rules for beginning in 2009

• High Jump Starting Height at regular meets and JV Finals:
  "Shall be 10 inches below the varsity standard height"
       
  
• 100 meter dash at Varsity Finals:
  "Shall be run as finals only after the 400m , not using prelims then finals"

Provisional Rule for  2010

• Shoes for High Jump event:
  "Midgets and Older may wear shoes with 10 spikes for High Jump"

Updating the rulebook is a long and arduous task that needs to be done every five years or so.
